The Land Group was founded in 1988. The company specialises in project finance and development in the private and public sectors throughout the United Kingdom. Since its foundation, the company has worked extensively with NHS Trusts, educational establishments and commercial business and raises funds in the form of debt, equity, grants and lottery funding.

Location

The company provides services throughout the United Kingdom and has particular involvement in projects in London and the South East through its offices in London and Suffolk and Northern England through it office in Yorkshire. The company’s operational centre is based at Lovat Lane, London EC3.

Aim

To combine the skills of Property Development, Investment Management and Finance to deliver affordable and deliverable property solutions to a wide range of private and public sector clients.

Lindsay Neilson FRICS

A chartered surveyor, founded the Group in 1988. He is a widely experienced Project Manager, Developer and Surveyor. Before founding the Group Lindsay was a partner with Richard Ellis.

Over 20 years experience of the Banking Industry, with a wide experience of Project Finance and financial modelling. Before founding The Land Group, Andrew was a senior manager at HSBC’s Corporate and Institutional Banking Division.

A chartered surveyor, is an experienced development surveyor who has implemented schemes throughout the UK. Before founding The Land Group he was responsible for a large portfolio of institutional property at RLAM.

A chartered surveyor,has provided advice and implemented property development strategies for a number of key clients. His wide experience includes strategic property advice for the RLAM portfolio and extensive project management commissions. He is a founding director of The Land Group.
